TRICESIMO PRIVATE HOUSE – CASA MIT
CLIENT: PRIVATE
the project concerns the conservative restoration of a three-storey house, built at the beginning of the twentieth century. the building is a valuable testimony to the spontaneous architecture of that period, which was distinguished by a refined simplicity of form .
the project identifies an intervention that allows to use the building in more units and with different uses respecting the main architectural features:
on the ground floor a large studio, on the first and second floor two independent living units.
L’incarico riguarda il risanamento conservativo di una casa su tre piani, costruita agli inizi del Novecento. l’ edificio rappresenta una valida testimonianza dell’architettura spontanea di quel periodo che si distingueva per una raffinata semplicità delle forme .
il progetto individua un intervento che consenta di utilizzare il fabbricato in più unità e con diverse destinazioni d’uso rispettando le caratteristiche architettoniche principali :
al piano terra un’ampio studio, al primo e secondo piano due unità abitative indipendenti .
