CAVALICCO – HOME IN LOFT
CLIENT: REAL ESTATE COMPANY
A few meters from the historic “Tresemane”, (road axis Udine – Tricesimo)
the real estate company, owner of the lot, works on two disused sheds, built between the 60’s and 70’s.
The project identifies 12 residential units recovering portions of the existing building.
The garages are built in the basement of the shed and outside without interfering with the residential complex.
The new buildings are linked to the existing through a rhythm of roofs that identify the individual units and remind the facades of the idea of the old factory.
A pochi metri dalla storica “Tresemane”, (asse viario Udine – Tricesimo)
la società immobiliare, proprietaria del lotto, interviene su due capannoni in disuso, realizzati fra gli anni 60 e 70.
Il progetto individua 12 unità abitative recuperando porzioni del fabbricato esistente.
Le autorimesse vengono realizzati al piano interrato del capannone e all’esterno senza interferire con il complesso residenziale.
Le nuove costruzioni si legano all’esistente attraverso un ritmo di tetti che individuano le singole unità e ricordano nelle facciate l’idea della vecchia fabbrica.
