About This Project
RENOVATION OF A COMMERCIAL AND EXECUTIVE USE
CLIENT: PRIVATE COMPANY
The project concerns the demolition and reconstruction of a building located along the road that connects Udine to Spilimbergo, in an area rich in commercial, industrial and artisan settlements.
The new building maintains the division of the previous activities:
a large commercial space towards the road
a space with an artisan destination towards the inside
an office space on the first floor, with wide views on all sides.
Il progetto riguarda la demolizione e ricostruzione di un edificio situato lungo l’asse viario che collega Udine a Spilimbergo, in una zona ricca di insediamenti commerciali, industriali ed artigianali .
Il nuovo fabbricato mantiene la suddivisione delle attività precedenti:
un ampio spazio commerciale verso la strada
uno spazio con destinazione artigianale verso l’interno
una superficie destinata a uffici al primo piano, con ampie viste su tutti i lati.
